Private training allows you to train in an empty gym or at a location of your choice (additional fees may apply). Our staff directs all of their attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. After each session trainers will give an assessment on the player’s skill level and understanding. Private sessions are a great way to ensure you have a socially distant workout that is customized, efficient and effective.
