BFit is designed to focus on the fundamentals of basketball while progressing the athlete through various levels ranging from beginner to collegiate. We focus on mental skills and general health and fitness. We will improve in basketball, but we strive to build good life skills as well.
Players are grouped by age/grade and work with a max trainer to player ratio of 1:7. Trainings are held at the JCC in Allentown, Lower Macungie Community Center or outdoors at a local park.
